Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Echo Market account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
